MealEnders Review & Giveaway!
I’m working with Sweat Pink today to bring you this product review on MealEnders.
After a meal whether it’s lunch or supper I typically choose to end it with some kind of sweet. For me that is usually a piece of chocolate. Some days I know I let my need for something sweet get a little “out-of-hand.”
This is where MealEnders come into the scene.
MealEnders is a lozenge that helps you avoid overeating and master portion control. MealEnders clear your desire to overeat by working with your body’s natural hunger and fullness signals.
There are two parts to a MealEnders lozenge: a sweet, reward layer on the outside and a cooling/tingling center. The outer layers works to provide a dose of “dessert,” usually associated with the end of a meal. The tingly core signals the trigeminal nerve (never that senses “taste’ sensations) which cue your body to the end of eating and a clear palate.
MealEnders work to fill the 2o minute gap after a meal to keep your mouth and mind occupied so that your body has time to process “fullness” signals.
So whenever you’re in a moment of temptation whether that’s to get another helping when you know you’re full, to satisfy a dessert craving, to keep you from snacking between meals, grab a MealEnder lozenge to keep you at bay.
MealEnders come in four different flavors: Mocha, Chocolate Mint, Cinnamon, and Citrus. The lozenge contains only two grams of sugar, 15 calories, and is low-fat, stimulant-free, gluten-free, kosher, and contains no high fructose corn syrup or MSG. A package of MealEnders contains 15 pieces for $14.95 and can be purchase online at MealEnders.
The good news is that I’m am offering you a chance to enter to win 4 packs of MealEnders! The winner will receive a package of each flavor! More information on how to enter is at the end of this post.
Now I know you’re wondering what I thought of the product. The first flavor I tried was Mocha, since it was the closest to chocolate. Initially it took me the first piece to get used to the texture and taste of the lozenge. I did notice that my cravings for something sweet were gone and I felt full and satisfied. Citrus, chocolate mint, and cinnamon aren’t my ideal flavors to have after a meal, so those weren’t my favorite, but I know many people who would enjoy those flavors. I think MealEnders are great to try if you’re battling overeating after a meal and want a low-calorie way to cue yourself that you are full.
Remember to enter the giveaway! It ends Sunday, March 22! Winner will receive an e-mail.
