Have a Merry Christmas!
I’ve been sitting here since Sunday puzzled over what I could possibly blog about that people would want to read during Christmas week. Gift guides have been overdone. I don’t qualify as “adult” enough to have to cook for any of our meals so I don’t have any recipes. I don’t have human children or a husband or even furry children to figure out Christmas gifts for or celebrate with. I don’t feel like now is the time to share family Christmas traditions. Not yet anyways. So I’ve been stuck.
And to be honest there’s nothing that I’m going to say that’ll transform your Christmas. So today’s post is short and simple and is almost like a little blog Christmas card.
I hope wherever you are, that you have a wonderful Christmas filled with eating savory food, laughing until your belly hurts, hugging your loved ones tight, taking in the moment, watching for signs of Santa Claus, and rejoicing over the birth of Christ.
Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; He is the Messiah, the Lord. Luke 2:11
Earlier this morning a white Christmas seemed almost possible when I woke up to see snow outside on the ground. However, most of it has already melted away.
There’s just nothing like sitting with a warm cup of coffee with snow outside your window.
As far as my Christmas plans, my family will be starting our Christmas festivities tonight! Then on Christmas Eve we’ll be heading to Colorado to stay with family for the rest of our Christmas holiday. So I won’t keep you reading any longer. Have yourself a Merry Little Christmas!!
What are your Christmas plans?

Merry belated Christmas! I don’t have children, a husband, I suck at giving gifts and I can’t cook to save my life, so that left me out of a lot of things too! Haha. Them feels. I hope you have a good new year as well!
